第一次员工活动

看了电影pursuit of happiness ,  小龚他们以前没怎么看过励志英文电影,带着极大的抵触情绪,“原以为员工活动是放松,结果是被逼着看片子”小龚如是说,但是看完之后,一个个很感动的样子,小喜居然一个人又在优酷里看。

饿了么的创业氛围就是五花八门的人和谐地聚在一起,之前担心这样的人员结构文化活动不好搞,这次来看,只要是好东西,谁都会喜欢的,而且不同背景的人容易碰撞出火花,会更有意思,下周踢足球吧,哈哈

ELEME网站V2上线!

Eleme网络订餐的测试版已经上线了,这又是eleme发展历程中一件有纪念意义的事,回想一下蹦出创业这个想法到现在已经9个月了,eleme正式运营也4个月了。刚开始只和一家店合作,现在高低端餐厅齐备,最重要的,我们坚持着做线下的配送,这是最困难的事情。尽管现在配送的好处不可能显示出来很多,但我们坚信这是我们的一大核心竞争力,因为越困难的事情就越有可能成为脱颖而出的原因,当信息和物流都掌控在自己手里的时候,这个渠道才能真正成为强势的渠道,线上的信息和社区才不会显得空洞。现在网络订餐的推出宣告我们正式开始线上的运作,以后每隔一两个星期就会有新的功能添加进来,不仅仅是订餐,所以大家常过来看看,就算不订餐,也会时时给你新的体验,会有很多好玩并且有用的东西。

这半年多来eleme成长了,我们也成长了。一位从事创投的老师对我说,大学生创业往往需要很长时间的实验期,因为没有经验,也没有很多资源可以调用,这些都需要时间去积累。确实,我们这半年多就是在实验,了解餐饮外送行业的特点,学习和不同类型的人打交道,体会草根创业者的生活状态。其实我们相当不顺利,数次被盗,数次车祸,意外事件频频打乱计划,现在还有未了结的官司。但是好在伙伴们在一起愈挫愈奋,意外事件不过是在磨练我们的应急能力和意志。一开始就顺利,后面的路往往很难走,因为免疫力不够,现在的我们尽管还没有见识大风大浪,但我想,我们已经准备好了。

创业其实是很快乐的事,因为前面有无限种可能性,我们希望在这个庞大但处于乱世的领域做成一家出色的公司,很炫的网络体验,很坚实的线下配送基础,当你找到好兄弟一起在向这样的目标迈进的时候,会有上瘾的感觉。林肯说,恐惧往往只存在于想象当中,我们坚信凭借我们的判断力和执行力可以改变这个行业的格局,进而改变人们的生活方式。林肯还说,我走得很慢,但我从不后退,我们不求很快赚到钱,只希望公司能够健康发展,每一天都能向前迈一小步!
